Stacey and her crew did a tremendous job catering my son and daughter-in-law's wedding at Alpenglow Lodge in Arctic Valley. Because the bride and groom are from out of town, I had the pleasure of working with Stacey from the beginning. She was most helpful in navigating "all things wedding" giving us suggestions for the cake and DJ along with other tips. She crafted a menu to suit our particular needs for 150 friends and relatives. Stacey went out of her way to make sure we had quality serviceware and other supplies. She made a special trip up to Arctic Valley a day ahead of time to look over the venue and make final plans. The meal and bar service couldn't have gone better on the day of the wedding and we received many compliments for the food. Each of her crew members was easy to work with and personable. The clean up was spectacular. I would highly recommend Stacey for any event, large or small.

Stacey and her crew at Top Shelf Catering did an AMAZING job at the LifeMed Alaska party last night! From the freshly-seared Ahi and the chef-carved beef tenderloin, to the much anticipated "Mashtini" bar. They catered a delicious menu prepared to perfection! The staff was organized, professional and attentive to all of our guests. I would highly recommend Top Shelf Catering to anyone planning an event!
